I want to find out more about membership. What is expected?
A member is required to represent Motivation For You Woman of Significance in the community on her time. She will participate in a minimum of four community events in one program year. She will go to events that are being held locally representing Motivation For You using specific representation products that can only be purchased through Motivation For You.
When a member is making appearances, she will discuss the mission, vision, and purpose of Motivation For You. The members' testimony is vital in Motivation For You because it creates empowerment, awareness, and inspiration in herself and others. Motivation For You promotes disclosure because we believe that we are broken and healed only through our life stories and the belief we serve . Motivation For You strongly supports networking.
Supporters are individuals who give their time, talents and/or finances to support the Woman of Significance and SHE Squad program
State Ambassador is the first level of membership, this membership gives you the opportunity to become affiliated with the organization, you have the opportunity to network, participate in events, meetings, Blog Talk Radio and if participant chooses, one book or workshop writing for the year. To become a National Ambassador you must first participate in the program as a State Ambassador. Those who have applied themselves through the program year will be chosen first to become a National Ambassador.
National Ambassadors are the leadership of Motivation For You, Women of Significance. The National Ambassadors mentor the state ambassadors, participate in various events. She has her own page on the Motivation For You website, she participates in the Motivation For You Blog Talk Radio Shows, participates in various conference call functions and assists in the organizational development of the Women of Significance and SHE Squad Advisory Committee.

The age for the SHE Squad is nine to seventeen years old.
The young women who are under eighteen, must have written permission from a parent or guardian.
The Women of Significance Program is any female over the age of seventeen years.

Back to Top »What day do the new National Ambassadors get selected?
The National Ambassadors will always be announced to the public on March 30 which is Helen Albert's birthday and Integrity Beauty Women of Excellence's annual day of Prayer and Paying It Forward.
National Ambassadors are chosen in December prior to the next year. Because National Ambassadors are coached to learn the Motivation For You Leadership program. Motivation For You chooses our ambassadors early. National Ambassadors are the leadership of the organization and are required to assist in the organizational development of The Women of Significance Program . National Ambassadors must be dedicated and diligent individuals due to much is required of the ladies through out the program year.
Back to Top »Do membership fees have to be paid all at once?
Motivation For You realizes that not all members can pay the full program fee at one time. An installment plan is available; however, Representation Products will not be ordered until full payment has been received. Members cannot attend events as Women of Significance and SHE Squad representatives until all membership fees are paid in full. Letters of good standing, certificates or press releases will not be issued to any member until her account is paid in full.
There will be absolutely no refunds of any kind
Back to Top »How often is membership renewed?
All memberships are for one year. If you would like to continue beyond one year there is a yearly $25.00 fee be paid in return for promoting your bio, your website and/or your business. Your webpage is free advertising for you and the fee helps with administration costs. You can choose to pay an additional $100 fee any time to upgrade to a life time membership and you will not have to worry about any future costs unless you want to upgrade your representation products, in which you must pay on your own.

Back to Top »Can I upgrade my membership to a Leadership position?
Yes. A woman must be a member of Women of Significance for a minimum of two years in good standing (the member has shown that she is promoting Motivation For You’s mission, vision, and has shown effort to attend outings) the member can apply for Group Supervisor, Director, and Regional Director.
The member will be an independent contractor and she will create her own programming and groups using Women of Significance or SHE Squad mission, vision, and guidelines.
The member will be extensively coached and trained by the Founder/Executive Director Roberta Cykon. To become a part of leadership the member is required to:
- Interview with the Motivation For You Advisory Board of Directors.
- Must have a state and federal background check and is paid by the member.
- Provide a scrap book of all events and articles you have contributed to the Women of Significance program.
- Must provide own professional liability insurance for their Women of Significance program and proof of insurance is required.
Those in leadership will have the opportunity to conduct an Motivation For You, Women of Significance Conference*.

Yes. The member is also welcome to use this organization on any application that is to enhance her well being such as a resume, volunteer resume, or college application. In addition to a letter of recommendation, the Founder/Executive Director of Motivation For You will personally contact references if the member provides proper information.

Motivation For You is a non denominational program. Members do understand that Motivation For You promotes members to use their testimonies regarding how God and/or their personal belief has enhanced or improved their quality of life. Members make what they believe first and center in their lives. Motivation For You, are women who have gained life experience through their personal situations and want to share with others.
